At Oak Grove Bible Fellowship, we practice a plurality of leadership instead of a single pastor. This means that the pastoral ministry of shepherding and oversight is shared among multiple elders. These elders are those whom the body has recognized to be called and gifted accordingly and who line up to the Biblical qualifications outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:59, and 1 Peter 5:1-3.
The teaching ministry at Oak Grove is shared between multiple teachers, each as the elders have endorsed as having demonstrated and manifested the spiritual gift of teaching (cf. Eph. 4:9-12).
